Mindfulness Matters for Moms
...because it really does matter
In the process of learning to parent there is no instruction manual, no handbook, and sometimes the best (or only) way we know how is from our own family of origin experiences...and sometimes these experiences were not the best example of how we want to parent our children.

In her working to improve her own parenting skills and adventuring with 3 amazing kids, Ada sought to weed out the reactive parenting style she felt was hindering healthier connection with her kids.   While working in her parenting "garden" she recognized a 3-fold process wherein the patterns were relieved and replaced with more thoughtful approaches, a more mindful mothering.

Ada brings this process to you in person,  facilitating the growth to fulfill the  vision of motherhood you have for yourself.

This is a first of its kind workshop to assist you---
Become the mother you envisioned you would be!

Do not be daunted by the enormity of the world's grief. Do justly, now. Love mercy, now. Walk humbly, now. You are not obligated to complete the work, but neither are you free to abandon it.
